Copper Cabling Solutions

The structured cabling system is arguably the most important component in any IT infrastructure. It is fair to say that the cabling system carrying all voice and data communications for the business may need to support three generations of PCs, Servers and applications. It is therefore extremely important to ensure a well designed network is implemented to meet requirements today and well into the future.

CES Engineers have years of experience and are fully qualified to design and implement any structured cabling system from Cat5e (Class D) to Cat7A (Class FA).

We offer a full range of vendor warrantied systems from premium cable and connectivity manufacturers including Nexans and the Siemon Company, as well as guaranteed entry level solutions to meet your budget.

CES will provide all containment solutions from basket cable management to fully enclosed trunking to ensure adequate support for your cabling and ensure mechanical protection from accidental damage.

From a simple network point to the installation of a fully operational system, CES will undertake projects of any size

All sytems are 100% tested on completion and full records are provided ensuring compliance to industry standards providing peace of mind that your network works to the full potential.

Fibre Optics

Fibre Optic backbone cabling is an integral part of any network where 2 or more comms room are present. This part of the infrastructure carries high volumes of data over distances which would exceed the limitations of copper cable.

Fibre cable is available in many varieties from indoor, outdoor, tight buffered or loose tube, each designed with a specific purpose in mind.

CES engineers are trained to design, install and test fibre optic networks to fit the customers premises, budget and bandwidth demands.

We offer multimode solutions from OM1, OM2, OM3 and OM4 technologies to Singlemode OS1 solutions traditionaly used in voice applications but increasingly being deployed in local area networks (LANS).

Fibre cables can be installed as required in multiples of 4, 8, 12 or 16 cores and terminated on site or where a faster deployment is required we offer a preterminated solution which minimises engineer time on site.

CES also offer a fault find and repair service for existing fibres where damage has occured. Repairs are carried out using fusion splice methods ensuring minimal loss over the fibre after the repair has been carried out.
